My story has been shaped by endings that became doorways - by pain that stripped me of illusion and handed me truth, and by healing that unraveled me into mystery and showed me its miracles.

In 2016/17, my life as I knew it, imploded. I sold my first business smack in the middle of ending an abusive engagement and relocated across the country. While in the depths of a chronic pain illness I lost my father to addiction one year after my sister barely survived the same. With the biz sale profits, I decided to embark on a journey of re-membering that took me to retreat centers across the continent. I encountered a deep well of alternative modalities, met remarkable people, and somewhere along the way, fell in love with myself. 

 

Near the end of what turned out to be a seven-year soul initiation - narrowly surviving the trek at multiple junctures - I lit a metaphorical bonfire and tossed into it everything that wasn’t love. I now carry medicine born of fire and devotion.

I walk between worlds - playfully exploring the ever-changing thresholds between what was and what is to come. I support you on the journey home...reveling in the unique wholeness that you are. I believe in the power of intention, vulnerable expression as portal, and full embodiment as the direct route forward. I trust in the body’s wisdom and the integrative qualities of relationship.
