My story has been shaped by endings that became doorways - by pain that stripped me of illusion and handed me truth, and by healing that unraveled me into mystery and showed me its miracles.

In 2016/17, my life as I knew it, imploded. I sold my first business smack in the middle of ending an abusive engagement and relocated across the country. While in the depths of a chronic pain illness I lost my father to addiction one year after my sister barely survived the same. Near the end of what turned out to be a seven-year soul initiation - narrowly surviving the trek at multiple junctures - I lit a metaphorical bonfire and tossed into it everything that wasn’t love.

 

I embarked on a journey of re-membering, with the biz sale profits, that took me to retreat centers across the continent. I encountered a deep well of alternative modalities, met remarkable people, and somewhere along the way, fell in love with myself. From fire walking, vision questing, and NAC peyote ceremonies, to 10-day silent meditations, equine-facilitated workshops, and too many more to list, I now carry medicine born of fire and devotion.

 

What emerged was an embodied capacity to be with what is, a bold and playful spirit fully intact, and a sensitive innocence that keeps me tethered to what matters most. I'm told over and over again that my self-trust and courage to be wildly and uniquely me has big and positive impact on others - they receive it as permission to be more themselves. For this, I am deeply grateful.

​So I walk between worlds - playfully exploring the ever-changing thresholds between what was and what is to come. I support you on the journey back home to yourself, as I revel in and cheer-lead the unique wholeness that you are.
