Hi. I'm Paula

I built and sold Calgary's leading organizing company and later founded a second award-winning organizing business in Guelph, just outside Toronto. Across homes, workplaces, and community spaces, my work has centred on a simple question: How might this environment better support the people it serves? Over time, I came to understand that organizing is rarely about things and more about creating the conditions that allow people to live and work with greater ease, clarity, and possibility.
My own life's unfolding story has reinforced this understanding. A decade ago, a series of significant life transitions invited me into a period of deep inquiry and reinvention. At retreat centres across North America I found healing, learning, and a richer remembering of what allows us not merely to survive, but to truly come alive. Near the end of what turned out to be a seven-year journey of soul initiation, I lit a metaphorical bonfire and tossed into it everything that wasn’t love.
What remained was a deep appreciation for the conditions that shape our lives: the spaces we inhabit, the relationships that sustain us, the structures that support our days, and the communities that hold us. Whether inner or outer, our environments profoundly influence what becomes possible. Looking back, I realized I had been asking the same question all along - not only of physical space, but of relationships, communities, and the inner landscapes we inhabit.
It was through this lens that I found my way into facilitating relational and transformational experiences centred on presence, self-awareness, and authentic connection. As an authentic relating and circling facilitator, I'm known for modeling playfulness, embodied emergence, and the courage to lean into the messy, the erotic, and the liminal. Whether I'm refining a space, facilitating a conversation, or imagining what could be, my instinct is to understand what is needed, what is in the way, and what would allow more aliveness to flow through.
I value depth, beauty, creativity, freedom, and the curiosities of being human. I notice patterns, think strategically, and delight in bringing clarity to complexity. Originally from Newfoundland, with a business degree from Memorial, I now call the west coast home, finding nourishment in wild nature, ecstatic dance, shared meals with friends, and sun-drenched adventures that shape my own unfolding.
