Discover
A world-renowned wellness centre and micro-village in which to explore, collaborate, and transform. Weekend and week-long retreats make up our core programming and follow a structured weekly rhythm. A 3-month work-trade program allows deeper immersion into community-living.

Experience offerings that are thoughtfully designed across seven realms -emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, relational, vibrational, and environmental - providing a holistic framework for growth and connection. Sample retreats include grief rituals, authentic relating and circling immersions, natural building workshops, primal play days, process painting, rites of passage and vision fasts, anger and boundaries work, permaculture design, fitness and hiking intensives, self-awareness and shadow workshops, and other experiences that often blend multiple practices.

Try something new from our vast array of weekly offerings - movement and fitness classes, kirtan, song circles, and music jams, games night, 12-step tribe, and a Saturday artisan and farmer's market. Ask about our Outdoor School, Childcare, or Pet Care for your little ones.

Cultural Agreements:

1. Radical Self-Responsibility
I take full ownership of my inner world, my healing, and my impact on others. I notice my triggers without placing blame, and I guide my own personal growth. Facilitators are here to support, not to rescue, and emotional maturity is a shared value we all cultivate.

2. Clear and Courageous Communication
I communicate truthfully, directly, and respectfully. I address tensions promptly, speak openly rather than triangulate, give and receive feedback with curiosity, and practice remaining present rather than defensive.

3. Stewardship of the Land and the Field
I actively care for the land, the spaces, and the collective atmosphere. The Centre is a living ecosystem, and I contribute to its vitality through tending to the earth, the people, and the surplus, maintaining communal areas, supporting daily rhythms, and treating the land as a partner rather than a resource.

Four roles we are currently seeking:
We are building a core team of collaborators who each hold a vital aspect of the project. These four foundational roles ensure that the heart of the work (the embodied practices, community living, meaningful work, and transformational experiences) can flourish, while the practical, financial, relational, and public-facing structures are managed well. Together, this team forms the scaffolding to achieve The Centre's fullest impact and potential.

Strategic Operator
This role turns vision into action and ensures systems, structures, and logistics run smoothly. You oversee project timelines, land acquisition, construction phases, legal frameworks, staffing models, and operational planning. When you hear “Let’s create a retreat centre and micro-village,” you say, “Here are the five phases to build it.”

Finance Architect
This role holds the financial design and sustainability of the project. You manage investors, capital raises, funding models, equity structures, and financial planning. You help answer critical questions like: “Should the land be owned by a trust, a company, or both?”, “How do investors receive returns while protecting the mission?”, and “How do multiple revenue streams integrate?” You are also open to exploring alternative financing models, including community-based and crowdsourced approaches, to make the project financially accessible and aligned with our values.

Cultural Guardian
This role protects the relational and ethical integrity of the community. You steward conflict resolution, relational practices, community agreements, and the onboarding of staff, residents, and facilitators. You ensure the human field of The Centre is healthy, resilient, and aligned with our values.

Engagement Director
This public-facing role connects The Centre to the wider world. You are our storyteller and bridge, building partnerships, attract media, collaborators, and investors, and represent The Centre at events and strategic conversations. You translate the vision into tangible relationships and opportunities, ensuring the philosophy and impact of The Centre are experienced, understood, and supported beyond the community.
