Aligned Investors

Co-Founding

Members

We've detailed four foundational roles below, in addition to Visionary Matriarch, to ensure that the practical, financial, relational, and public-facing structures are sustainably built and managed well. This team will form the scaffolding to achieve our fullest impact and potential. While these roles are who we're focused on at the start, other interested parties are welcome to reach out through the questionnaire below - especially land owners, builders, and gourmet cooks!

Operations Strategist

This role turns vision into action by ensuring systems, structures, and logistics run smoothly. You oversee project timelines, land acquisition, construction phases, legal frameworks, and operational planning. You bring order, momentum, and accountability to complex projects while remaining aligned with longterm goals and the deeper purpose of the work.

Financial Steward

This role holds the financial design and sustainability of the project. You have experience with innovative financial pathways and ensure the financial foundations of The Centre are robust, regenerative, and aligned with the values that guide our work. You manage investors, capital raises, funding models, equity structures, and financial planning while stewarding resources with transparency, wisdom, and integrity.

Cultural Guardian

This role stewards the relational and ethical integrity of the community. You manage relational practices, conflict resolution, community agreements, staffing models and the on-boarding of staff, residents, visitors and facilitators. You ensure the human field of The Centre is healthy, resilient, and aligned with our values.

Engagement Director

This public-facing role connects The Centre to the wider world. You are our storyteller and bridge, building partnerships, and attracting media, collaborators, and investors. You represent The Centre at events, on social media, and in strategic conversations. You translate the vision into tangible relationships and opportunities, ensuring the philosophy and impact of The Centre are experienced, understood, and supported beyond the community.

Application for Co-Founders

This application may be a fit if you:

  • Feel drawn to land-based, regenerative, and community projects

  • Value conscious leadership, relational maturity, and long-term vision

  • Are interested in co-creating something that is both financially viable and deeply human

  • Are open to being in process, dialogue, and co-evolution as it builds

Through this initial communication, we are exploring together: vision alignment and values, relationship to money, community, and land stewardship, capacity for collaboration and shared responsibility, desired level of involvement, and timing, resources, and practical considerations.
